Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations and activities, coordinate the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide explanations for variances.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to senior management and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Coordinate financial audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any issues identified.
Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring adequate liquidity day-to-day operations and working capital requirements. Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication and efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, management teams, and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, vendors and auditors.
Able to regularly prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting and good filing system
Responsible for reviewing General Ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting in accounting Software.
Process of payments ensuring of the company internal control policies.
Bank reconciliation statement with Tally posting. 13. preparation of Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet.
Establish appropriate Income Tax Accounting system and maintain staff personal Income Tax file.
Supervising of Fixed Assets, Inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting Functions etc.
Ensure safety & security of documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
