Responsibilities

• Ensure cost-effective use of resources by managing the L&D budget effectively.
• Research and implement new training methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Report on training activities, outcomes, and impact to senior management for ongoing improvement.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
