Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Contribute to strategic planning with insights on HR needs, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop talent pipelines and succession planning to support organizational growth.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and implement programs to boost employee engagement and morality.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, set performance standards, and implement performance improvement plans. Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous feedback and employee development.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and track employee development. Promote a learning culture through workshops, skill development programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain employee records, contracts, and handle payroll activities to meet legal and company standards. HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Streamline onboarding and exit processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Handle orientation, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide HR analytics and reports on key HR metrics to senior management. Use data to drive HR initiatives and make informed decisions.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • 8 to 15 years
