Responsibilities
Maintain a positive work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and managing effective communication with the Participatory Committee or trade union.

Education
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology
Certification in SA 8000, Audit Management, or RMG Compliance Management is an added advantage.
