Responsibilities
Confirm all of the faculty members about starting of class. Check the program statistics whether the name of faculty member is updated.
Confirmation of grade submission from both the full time and part time faculty members.
Bringing logistical material for both full time and part time faculty members.
Bringing cleaning material from the Store.
Checking the entire classrooms whether the AC and multimedia are working properly.
Prepare the roaster/file for the part time faculty members along with the class attendance sheet, academic calendar and class routine.
Hanging the class schedule on the notice board (both department and website).
Entire the course of fresher’s (1st Semester).
Arrange the missed final examination of previous semester. Process the application of the students for missed exam; prepare the exam routine and invigilation. Hanging the missed final exam routine on the notice board (both department and website).
Collect revised grade sheets of missed final exam of previous semester and check the list carefully whether all of the grades submitted or not.
Prepare the clearance of the guest faculty and send to the HR department with the signature of the Honorable Dean.
Check the list of non-registered and non-advised students provided by the Registrar’s office and counsels them for advising. Remind the faculty members about their pending advising to give approval as soon as possible.
Re-print the roaster/file of the guest faculty members (after add-drop).
Send updated class routine to the Registrar’s office with the signature of the Honorable Dean.
Send updated course load to the HR department the signature of the Honorable Dean.10. Processing the graduation application (checked and verified by the faculty members).
Processing the academic transcript verification (distribute them among the faculty members and collect after checked and verified)
Announce the date/notice of the missed midterm examination. Process the application of the students for missed exam; prepare the exam routine and invigilation. Hanging the missed midterm exam routine on the notice board (both department and website).
Look after whether the class started or not. If not, then call the faculty member and ask whether the class held or not and inform to the students.
Prepare class monitoring report (monthly) at the end of the month and send it to the HR department after consultation with the Honorable Chairperson and Dean.
Making note for repair and maintenance with the signature of all concerned which is dealt by the Logistics department directly.
Monitoring AC and multimedia of the department.
Distribution of different notice time to time in the classroom. Remind the student about their advising and payment schedule specially to 1st Semester.
Counsel the students regarding course advising, payment system and other things as per their requirement.Discharge any other work assigned by the authority from time to time.
