Responsibilities
Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
Monitoring & ensuring strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, etc.
Leading the HR and Admin team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up.
Policy development and documentation.
Employee motivation-counseling and look after disciplinary issues.
Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly.
Designing and implementing performance management system.
Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Capable to run all HR initiatives, systems and tactics of the company.
Develop corporate plan for various HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, performance evaluation, staffing and training.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
Keep record of attendance, absences, leave and prepare monthly salary sheet.
Good knowledge about ERP Software.
Any other work assigned by the management.
Education
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
5 to 8 years
