Responsibilities
- Responsible to receive all kind of products and make product delivered within time.
- Provide all type of hardware support of UPS & IPS [for both online and offline] etc.
- All type of operating system related activities & services (like installation, repairing, diagnosis) has to be accomplished.
- Provide all type of hardware support of desktop, printer, motherboard, scanner, Monitor etc.
- To attended all telephone calls & mail corresponding, communicate and update to customer.
- Daily/Regular basic reporting to service head and maintain the TAT.
- Share long pending/billing issues regularly with RMA head.
- Ready to provide on call support & onsite support when required.
Education
- Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
