Responsibilities
- Supervise the team and ensure accountability to the top management.
- Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
- Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
- Identify causes and actionable steps to improve production capacity.
- Arrange required training for associates to understand and achieve departmental goals.
- To ensure quality production in sewing stages of production.
- Monitor the production procedure in sewing section and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
- Daily target fills up 97.5%Line Migration & Absenteeism target 2.0%.
- Any other related task assigned by the higher authority.
Education
- Higher Secondary
Experience
