• Provide guidance and support to junior merchandisers and other team members.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues in the production process and develop solutions to prevent delays or quality issues.
• Take initiative to improve processes and reduce lead times.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and buyer preferences to anticipate changes in demand.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on new business opportunities.

Education

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed university such as Bangladesh University of Textiles/BGMEA University of Fashion Technology, NSU/Brac/DU etc.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
