Responsibilities
Responsible to improve factory efficiency.
Monitor daily efficiency for of Production.
Monitor hour target/ Production achievement.
Ensure daily & Monthly target achievement.
Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis.
Ensure all garments shipped are having excellent quality, must pass the final inspection on first assessment.
Ensure good production output through proper in line inspections.
Manage overall QC team.
Implement & ensure proper quality checking procedure throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure a very significant role to increase productivity with standard. Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studies.
Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
Attends substantial number of evening and weekend meetings.
Must be comfortable dealing with various departments including Merchandising & Supply chain management, Production & Technical personnel's,
Design & layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
Prepare monthly manpower projection.
Labor cost analysis.
Verify capacity, loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
Reviewing production schedules, engineering specification, orders and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
Methodical waste reduction.
Implement IE concept in all departments.
Eliminate unnecessary over processing and excess O.T
Prepare Skill inventory of operators etc.
Support to promote productivity development activities carried out by senior management
Education
Graduation in from any reputed university, major in IPE/Textile Engineering will be preferable.
Complete in CIPM course will be preference.
Experience
10 to 12 years
