Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to make informed decisions and identify trends.
Develop and review Job Description and Organogram as per requirement.
Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
Prepare different drafts, reports, letters as directed by the supervisor.
Assist in HR Policy preparation and execution.
Assist in Confirmation and Resignation Management.
Coordinate Employee Induction, Meeting, Workshop, Training and any other events.
Plan & conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company.
Any Other Activities as and when required by the Management.
Education
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
PGDHRM
CHRP
Experience
7 to 10 years
