Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (Microsoft Project and P6).
Coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) and determine critical paths for project completion.
Review the construction plan/ schedule submitted by subcontractors.
Resource Allocation and Management:
Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Prepare resources management plan.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
Generate regular progress reports /dashboards / PowerPoint Presentations for stakeholders.
Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR for the project.
Track project progress against planned schedules.
Identify deviations from planned schedules and propose corrective actions.
Monitoring project budgets, costs, and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
Report generate from scheduling data taught explore power BI.
Design Coordination:
Coordination with HO, Consultant & Client for timely approval of design and drawings.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and schedules.
Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and prepare the Minutes of the Meeting (MoM).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Maintaining regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns.
Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
Prepare Annual Project Budget as per the schedule of works.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and maintained within approved limits.
Communicate effectively on cost-related matters, including presenting reports and recommendations.
Risk Assessment and Management:
Conduct risk analysis to identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project schedules.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Education
Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience
At least 5 years
