Responsibilities

  • Plan and create communication and training materials for LMS and various internal projects, as well as for system or policy adoption.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the field team and the HQ, ensuring the preparation of effective and clear communication materials from the HR end.
  • To facilitate the HR operations & Field Force recruitment and conduct the induction of DBM/DSO.
  • Ensure that all tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, communication, and HR database are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the given tasks and resolve any HR & Payroll related issues promptly.
  • Ensure all handover and takeover activities are conducted smoothly and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Plan and assess the feasibility of new initiatives.
  • Execute the projects, track their progress, and present the results and impact to stakeholders, highlighting the key points and areas for improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 3 years
