Responsibilities
Responsible for looking the statements of account of all suppliers and their payment.
Sending bills and invoices to clients/Customers.

Utilize company provided database to organize financial site related account information.
Perform internal site audits on financial activities as necessary.
Day to day Financial Transaction.
Managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
Preparing financial reports and presenting it to the higher management.
Preparing AIT/VAT documents and providing to the vendors. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Perform site admin related activities and managing site related requirements.
To prepare the overtime, holiday allowances, attendance, leave report etc.
Monitoring company asset, keep records and utilize/issue as requirements.
Responsible for Preparation Reconciliation report of warehouse stock Ensures all materials are received, inspected, stored, maintained and issued in a timely and compliant manner
